Thinking back, how horrible of a play was that by Tom Brady just throwing the ball up for grabs with Wake all over him instead of just taking the sack? Lets be honest, how many of you really thought our beloved Dolphins defense would be able to stop them from getting downfield far enough to at least get a FG attempt? Brady or any vet QB should know the situation and make a smarter play than that. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining but wow... what a bone headed move by one of the media's favorite players.

If Henne did that he would have been crucified in here. :chuckle:

Brady did the same thing in 2004 when we were 2-11 and they were like 12-1, when we beat them that monday night in the orange jersey's...

i forgot who hit him, I think David Bowens, but as he was going down he threw it up and Brendan Ayenbadejo came away with the pick that sealed the win...

this was deja vu...

EDIT: well i was a little off... that INT led to our game winning Feely to Thompson connection... but still it was a play were Brady was gonna be sacked and he threw it right into a defender's hands... and it was JT pulling him down back on '02..

JT was sacking Brady when they were ahead with about 2 minutes to go. Brady just tossed the ball forward like an idiot and it was picked by Brendon Ayanbadejo.

HAhhA! You beat me too it! :pop:

T.Brady is now experiencing what P.Manning has years. Play at a high level to only have your defense let you down, so naturally you start to press more then normal and cause mistakes. Only difference is P.Manning gets it done during the regular season and then in the playoffs their defense gets exposed. Brady isn't as good as Manning but can still beat alot of teams on his offense alone but come playoffs they will be lucky to see round 2.

If Manning had Brady's defense over the last 8 years he'd have 5 superbowl wins. I said before that they'd pay for letting all these vets go without having real replacements for them and Seymour was the worst move of all.

He was trying to stop the clock. There was only like 35 seconds left and they only had one time out, or none. I was glad he did it though.

The worst part is Brady threw an INT to Channing Crowder. Randy effing Starks had more INTs than that bum. Phillip Merling had more INTs in his rookie season than Crowder had in his career. You could cover Crowder's hands in stickum and he'd find a way to screw that play up. Throwing an INT to Channing is simply unforgivable.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. When under pressure Brady becomes mediocre at best. When he gets great protection he's among the best in the league, but he needs that perfect bubble of protection or he's no better than your average QB.
