Dennis Hickey drafted him in late round 2, he's becoming better & better with each passing week. He has become a stud as a KR and pretty decent as a PR. I see him getting more YAC lately these past 2 weeks i was bummed he missed scoring by 1 yard on that 4th quarter read option pass.

Landry is becoming a very good slot WR

He has comparable #'s to Brandin Cooks of the Saints with a lot less playing time in the 1st 2 weeks while Cooks was a starter with Stills being injured.

I am not trying to compare but i think the media and analysts should give him more props then what he has.

It's kind of a bummer because I really do I like Gibson who was lighting it up before his injury, but Landry is stepping up real big. Think we know how this wind will blow in the offseason.

Landry was a great pick by Hickey. He plays like Wallace and Moreno with passion. I've tried to descrbe his play this year and I came up with "Strong" He plays with force wether it be running after the catch, grabbing the ball out of the air, or blocking. To me, strong fits.

I like landry alot. I think he will wind up with 750yds 4 or 5 tds on the year. You can tell tannehills getting comfortable going to him lately and at this point the writing is on the wall...gibsons gone next year.

Another guy i like is matthews and id like to see him get some more reps with hartlines disappointing play this year. Im not saying bench hartline im just saying maybe give some of hartlines reps to matthews and put a more physical guy on the outside opposite wallace with landry in the slot.

Landry has been having some good kick returns this year. He worries me a little bit sometimes on punts but he is not a bad kick returner.

He sounds to be a very likeable guy. Weve heard nothing but people going . out of their way to compliment landry. Weve heard about how great his hands are, how smart he is, how tough etc. Hes only going to get better and ive been pleased with what ive seen from him so far.

Sure is. His play reminds me of OJ Mcduffie's style of play a bit.

Is it safe to say he's ahead of Hartline at this point?

He is a player. When do we limit or stop his special teams touches, since he is one of our too 3 receivers.
Yes matthews needs to take hartlines job also

I think almost everyone on this site loved the laundry pick. I like Landry a lot. It may be a little early to talk about a steal. But, it sure is nice to have a 2nd rd pick be a good player early. Foreland couldn't find us a 2nd rd pick this good

I never in a million years saw him passing up Hartline and Gibson.

I don't think I've ever bumped an old thread (outside of Depths threads, of course), but man, I wish I could find one of the preseason threads...

Could be have the best hands on the team since OG. Plays with passion. The kid is a baller! ......Hickey you nailed it. Glad he is a Dolphin.
