How Can I Get A "Training Camp Reporter" Badge??

I've been one of the training camp reporters on Finheaven over that last several years, and I plan on continuing to do so as long as I'm an active member here....

I see a few members here who have them, and I was curious how I can get one for myself since I consider myself one of those reporters. Thanks....
