How clueless is Peter King?

ill admit, i am a lot more impressed so far with bush than i thought i would be.

he has shown me that big play ability in the passing game. the truth is, and i know our offensive line has not exactly been the best, but he has never been a guy who runs well out of the backfield consistently.

what he is going to bring us is versatility and big play ability in the passing game, and a very good punt returner. hopefully he will improve his running out of the backfield, but that's not his specialty.
 
OK King, let's just forget the fact that this O-line could not run block.
 
I was at the game reggie had nothing to run through, but he fought hard one of the bucs player actually punched him in the face too!

I didnt say anything about any particular game. yeah if you want to spin off any positive you can about reggie from Tampa's game ... go for it. But to take 1 play on the goal line where he got blown up out of his day.. hes still got what 2 yards on 4 carries? or something like that?

I would love for people who have watched reggies entire career try to come up with any sort of positives about how good of a running back he is. because thus far, B-U-S-T.
 
king was at the top of his industry 10 years ago, now he is an afterthought.
bush had 5 carries gimme a break , you cant judge by that. did he talk about his 2 great catches? my memory is a little fuzzy from the game but didnt bush have a big play called back on a stupid penalty?

On one of his running plays, Larry Johnson missed the only open hole I saw all night. Could have gained 2 yards more than the three he got. Probably thought it was a mirage.

bust? More than 30 TDs in 5 years, while missing games? Fastest player at any position to 200 receptions? If he's a bust, you have a really weird standard for that description.

And the post of yours I quoted said "DT had the same crappy running lanes" and now you're saying that wasn't referring to one specific game?

Wow.. too many people care about what beat reporters say.

It's not like they're good enough to be working the White House or anything.

Peter King has morphed into a vanilla version of Omar. In his defense though, he's got a plausible atrophic brain cell excuse he can fall back on.

That so called B-U-S-T probable has close to as many 15+ yard plays in the last 2 games. As Ricky and Ronnie had in 20 games last year.
 
I see he picked the Phins to finish 4th, behind the Jills. Yeah, the guy is borderline insane.

By a show of hands how many people think Reggie hasnt been a BUST thus far in the NFL? From 2nd overall pick and heir to Barry Sanders to ineffective running back, oft injured, and decoy.... and then essentially has his role replaced by Darren Sproles..

My definition of Bust is just fine.. your love for Reggie has permanent Beer Goggles on.

Busts don't get traded for. They get cut and out of the league.
