How confident would you guys be going into next season with this offense. I'd keep the O-Line intact by the way. Yeah, they aren't the best group in the world, but near the end of the season they were slightly above average. Give them some continuity and the gelling might finally be there.

QB (Healthy) Daunte Culpepper (2nd QB Cleo Lemon and 3rd Brady Quinn)
RB Ronnie Brown/Ricky Williams (backed up by Sammy Morris)
TE Randy McMichael
WR Chris Chambers (or Randy Moss in case there's a trade. I don't see us paying for both)
WR Marty Booker (Totally underrated and VERY consistent)
WR Donte Stallworth
WR Derek Hagan
WR Marcus Vick (I'd rather keep Welker, but Vick would come cheaper and MAY be the better athlete)

No way we get Stallworth and keep both Booker and Chambers, I think you're dreaming. No way we get rid of Welker to play Vick either, another dream.

Edit: No way we leave that sorry OL in tact either, mediocre in the trenches means mediocre in the win-loss column.

I think we should wait and see on Vick. Other than that, the only change you have is to grab Stallworth, which isn't a dealbreaker to me - just wondering why we keep Booker around with Hagan the 4th?

And no way do we go after Moss, don't need him and his headache on the team.

So at best, you would agree that the o-line is, (to use your own words) slightly above average? Then we have gotta improve in this area. We can't stay pat with what we have if it is at or below average. I'm not saying a complete overhaul, and I'm not saying that the group we have is incapable of improvement; however, we gotta improve here either immediately through FA, or with youth in the draft. A few modifications at least is what we need.:D

She's tough is'nt she? I find that people are less likely to argue with me when they look at her picture. I'll take every advantage I can get! LOL:cooldude:

D*** man your avatar is'nt too bad itself...That is just too funny.:sidelol: :sidelol:

To H*** with Saban!!:ninja:

It looks great. I would make Brady Quinn our second string QB. I do not see Moss coming.
I doubt that we bring Stallworth. I think we should keep Welker, but I would not mind to see a trade for another WR. I would not mind seeing Wilford coming from Jacksonville for Welker. I think the OL needs a big improvement. I do not care much for Vick, but would not mind if we gave him a chance.

umm, looks good to me but it woudl be a streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeatch.

Speaking of stretching, your avatar reminded me that I should visit the Finheaven shop for the girls at the bar for games.

Not very confident considering we have no offensive line. Just messin man.

The offense that I expect to see if as follows:

QB: Culpepper
RB: Brown (15-20 carries per game) Williams (10-15 carries per game)
FB: Hopefully not Barnes, I don't know who though???
WR: Chambers/ Booker/ Hagan/ Draftee
TE: McMichael
LT: Levi Brown or Leonard Davis
LG: Kris Dielman
C: Rex Hadnot
RG: LJ Shelton
RT: Vernon Carey

Sound good?

If Stallworth comes then we would have to get rid of either Booker or Chambers to justify getting him, Id be pretty confident we could straight up replace Chambers with Stallworth.

We keep Welker over Vick but seeing as how he is a RFA we will probably feel around for some trade offers.

As for that Offensive line comment, nothing says mediocre Offense like slightly above average line. We need to upgrade, if only one move, Dielman, Brown, Kalil, Davis, etc.

Stallworth's career

2002- 42 catches 594 yards 8 TDs 4 missed games
2003- 25 catches 485 yards 3 TDs 6 missed games
2004- 58 catches 767 yards 5 TDs 1 missed game
2005- 70 catches 945 yards 7 TDs 0 missed games
2006- 38 catches 725 yards 5 TDs 4 missed games

Be careful what you wish for with that. If you guys hate Chambers so much, I don't even want to know what you think of Stallworth. He is arguably the biggest under achiever in the NFL, is always hurt, and only knows one route, the go. With Harrington in a full season, I don't know that Stallworth would've caught 30 balls. Chambers is far better than Stallworth, believe that. Why all the hate for Chambers with a love fest for Stallworth? Someone explain.

Thats a very attractive girl but lets try to keep the thread on-topic if possible.
