Think about it. Coaches, on a plane/bus ride, saying yeah, let's try this.

Now, you're already into the season and have your O in place, and now you're gonna do some crazy stuff with Tuna? Ya gotta be nuts.

However, with Saint Vince trning over in his grave, Tuna agrees. WOW!

It works to a big degree, and Tuna wants more.

Enter Pat White, NOT a Tuna type pick but, Tuna wants to turn the NFL on it's ***, and show that JJ was a PITA for letting him go.

Now, other teams have tried it, and failed, and I have no idea how we exacuted it, but we did. Putting Long and Carey together may have had something to do with it.

IF we can do that during the season, what can we do with a little time?

I believe this year's O will be better than "Dan The Man."

This is where I think I agree with media types, it starts with personnel, Ronnie and Ricky are pretty good at picking out holes, plus power to go thru those holes. This is also where P. White might not be as effective if he has to run though the line, unless our OL is indeed much better and can open bigger holes. Back to personnel, Ronnie and Ricky really makes this thing go.. Ricky showed a lot of speed on the end around, stretching the D, and having the hole to cut back or just outrun them to the corner... Ronnie gets a couple of extra seconds to read the Line when he runs it straight and that allows him to pick the most accessible place to run. By extra seconds I mean, he doesn't have to take a handoff from QB and then look for hole. The extra blocker on side they run all limits the persuit from the backside..since the D has to over shift to cover the unbalanced line.. and what Miami did that really keeps D's honest is hit Fasano on that TD in NE. That keeps D's secondary from coming too fast, plus the Houston reverse TD to Cobbs from Penny.. I think all those thing contribute to helping Miami establish this as a potent part of their Offense.. plus D's had to prepare for the base O too.
