Ok we can talk all day about Tannehill but watching this offense he runs what appears to be a lot of plays with multiple moving parts. This makes me wonder how much of this all falls directly on Tannehill when I can't see the entire all 22 cam and don't know the actual play. This game I've seen fake reverse screens, reverses, rollouts, etc. This offense can't be designed for a moron and actually Tannehill is executing those plays pretty well. So it brings me back full circle. Is his issues from lack of experience and not trusting what he sees or the typical qb ascension that takes years to occur? Odd he can run complex plays that take timing pretty well and struggles as a drop back passer recognizing defenses and making correct read at times.

Screen to Landry, end around to Landry, dink and dink, run the ball, and then there's the 1 shot down the field per game. That's our game plan every week. Nothing changes.

Probably the most basic offense I've seen and that includes Miramar Optimist football.

He's terrible. Dumb people on here actually like him.

Don't confuse tendencies with level of difficulty. I see Tannehill running a lot of timing plays. Those can't be easy vs straight drop back. This is what makes me wonder why he can't do the straight drop back consistently but can run the timing plays unless its purely because there is one read and one read only on the timing plays.

I don't mind the formations but the play calling is absolutely crappy

The idea has been floated that RT has limited pocket presence.

Maybe, drop back passes & multiple progressions cause Ryan to think too much. Paralysis by over analysis can be a liability for smarter people. Combining that with a craptacular OL and lack of awareness in the pocket are obviously a recipe for disaster.

It would be interesting to see how Alex Smith & Ryan Fitzpatrick would perform in Lazor's offense as opposed to Roethlisberger & V Young.

I'd like to see the phins do what the Redskins did in Joe Gibbs' first tenure... multiple formations & shifts w/ minimal plays.

here's the Lazor way: we really don't wanna smash your mouth... that's messy
