Go to the column headed by User CP.Open the link.

On the left side you will see some choices.Pay attention to.

Edit Signature
Edit Email & Password
Edit Profile
Edit Options
Edit Avatar
Edit Profile Picture

If its the Avatar you want to edit you can either select a picture from your HD or a picture or gif from a URL.There are some size limitations.You can rerduce the size of the avatar or select another one that fits.:)
