How do I use my uploaded picture in my signature?

I'd like to know how to address my uploaded image in the

directive of my signature (the image name is listed with the pic on upload page, but not the full finheaven.com location).

391_photo.jpg is the name it says it has.

Don't know if this is along the same topic or not but how can I add an image (not avatar) to my post. For example, in the post right above and to the left of "Bite me,..." there is supposed to be an image but it's not showing. I tried using HTML code but i'm a bit out of touch. Thanks.
