How Do We Beat the Cowboys with Two Backup Linebackers??????

Not to mention the myriad of other injuries we are suffering through at the current time.......By outscoring them? An old fashioned gunslingers battle?????:lol:
 
The same way they have to beat us, when they're missing 2 corners. Next man up. That's what they're there for
 
We've been playing with 2 back up LB's starting for the last couple of years, how is this any different?
 
Counting on the home field and Romo being rusty. We need to rough him up, but not knock him out.
 
If the weather tom. is like it is toady, it could have an effect on the game.
 
Basically. I mean the LB play couldn't get worse... Could it?
 
Keep their offense (Witten) off the field. Long, simple, sustained, fundamental clock eating drives. Don’t stop the clock. Keep runs in bounds, run, run, run, win time of possession. And score some points.
 
Just because they are rookies does not mean that they can't play better.

At the VERY LEAST hopefully they will wrap up and tackle better.
 
Hewitt is a very athletic (albeit undersized) LB. Want to see more of him
 
Did you ever think theses back up lbers might be better than the ones starting? Lets face it, koa misi is no star. He would be a backup on most teams. I dont even know why shepherd is still in there as he is an absolute back up. I dont give a rats poo what either guys hips look like, shepherd's read and react is snail slow. He might twist his hips fast but unfortunately his mind and eyes get lect behind, plays run right by him.

ZACK VIGIL is as natural a MLB as there is. He has instincts and his read and react gets better every snap. And thats all he needs, snaps. Shepherd isnt a wart on Vigils azz and the sooner that experiment is over, the better this defense will be. I mean what might happen, a missed tackle on a rb? A te beat him for a score? We get plenty of that already from shep so i say, let the more talented youngster play and get his game tight for next year.

And the only coach who absolutely needs firing at seasons end is kevin coy...eeerrr, i mean that anaruba dude.
 
Do you guys think our linebackers would start for any other team? I seriously don't and was pissed it wasn't addressed during the off season.

Miss and Jenkins, absolutely. Not top tier by any stretch but they would get and keep work in the NFL.
