How do you get velocity when you throw like this?

I think after a few shoulder rebuilds, you might throwa ball funny too. Can't argue with his accuracy, and trying to tweak his motion could cause real problems.

Chad's throwing motion leaves a lot to be desired, he's acturate, but man this motion seems a bit off..

Im not sure about "showing them all"....but he does have a pretty nice motion with a high release point.

How long have you been watching football? That's a drill. He's not trying to throw the pass with a lot of velocity.

Henne has the best throwing motion hands down. If you watch some of the videos on the dolphins site you will also notice that henne has the faster release.

What's this have to do with Chad P's throwing motion? Chad P's our starting QB..I'm not worried about White's throwing at least for now..:confused:
And you know this is a drill how? Even if he's not trying to throw hard, that motion still looks funny, even if you're throwing to another person just standing there.. drill or notl has anything to do with his throwing motion..he throws the same way in games...

Hum, looks like the same motion here, I wonder why Danny boy had such a cannon. Oh yeah, throwing a football with velocity depends on both shoulder and arm strenth, which CP is lacking. I am not debating CP's lack of velocity but your thread really shows how little you know about the mechanics of throwing a football with a spiral. It is a completely different motion than throwing a baseball.
Now, you may come back and say Dan is altering if throwing motion for some reason but I can find you many more pics of many more QB's with the same motion. CP actually has a really good throwing motion when compared with most QB's, which is what gives him his amazing accuracy.
