This is by far the worst O-Line I have ever seen assembled. We have not been able to run all year effectively, and twice against buffalo we looked like a High School team. Ireland hits more on dumb luck in later rounds and freak FA signings than he does with the core of the draft and big FA signings. We are looking at yet another around .500 year. The only reason we are still breathing is because the rest of the AFC is weak. I think this is giving some a false impression of where this team is....and that is mediocre, just like we have been every year with our scrub of a GM!

There is no question Ireland should of been upgraded years ago but it is what it is. There's a reason special players and coaches don't come here( manning, harbaugh etc) is because they know Ireland blows.

I disagree. I don't think its all Ireland. Did you see any half time adjustments, qb roll outs, screens, etc. What about on defense? Couldn't stop an offense missing 3 wr's and qb?

Really? Who hired the coaching staff? Ireland. Who put together the ol? Ireland, who overpaid wheeler? Ireland , who drafted martin? Ireland who hired fist pump? Ireland I can go on and on. The guy doesn't know how to put a winning team together. He failed in Dallas and has failed in miami. This guy should never be employed by an nfl team ever again...

It's hard to roll out when your edges are being smashed in. I mean Tanne was telling them where it was coming from and they still couldn't block it. They did most of this with a 4 man rush.....sad!

And how involved is Ireland on scouting those late round prospects? I imagine he spends 95% of his valuable expertise on the top 150 players or so and delegates the rest to his assistants.

no run game. porous OL. no seam threat. trouble at corner/nickel/safety. weak at OLB. weak at inside rush D. return game stinks.

add to that, current OC is not 'the guy'.

finish 8-8 and we'll be 1 game up on last in division.

empty stadium final Sunday.

2014-15 looks bleak.

Also, to be fair to the defense.....they were on the field alllllllllll day because of our inability to sustain drives and get convert 3rd downs. Ya, they made a bone head play or two, but they ran out of gas. They actually held them to a FG to keep it a 2 score game, but our O-Line was just pathetic!

The question I have is, can Ross stand pat after this humiliating loss? We weren't even close to being competitive today.
