I cant help but feeling anger and resentment towards J.Martin for this whole fiasco. I don't really care who is right or wrong I feel like Martin is a B I T CH and im pissed the entire country is focused on the Dolphins because Martin freaked out and couldn't take it anymore. Thousands of players have dealt with similar issues and its never been this kind of circus like it is now. If Martin handled this in a different manner than this circus wouldn't be happening. That's how I feel.

it makes me feel sick. because something that is not a really big deal is being made into a national scandal.

ryan tannehill just said that richie would be the 1st one to stick up for martin, they would always hang out together outside football, this whole thing is absurd.

was there things that went on in this lockeroom that does not go on in any other lockeroom? i doubt it.

this whole thing is nauseating already, we are in the thick of a playoff race, and now all we r going to here about is this garbage because martin is a 4 year old boy.

your anger is towards the wrong person. My anger is towards the pathetic dolphins front office who allowed this crap to go on.

There is often an emotional need to blame the victim. However, that is not where the anger should be directed. Feel resentment towards the coaching staff and management for not dealing with this situation like a normal team. A normal team would not allow this to go on. They would have dealt with it back when Martin first complained. I think you are right when you say this happens all over. However, I would say most teams would have dealt with the issue.

Now the team is without two OL starters for NO GOOD REASON. If they had sat Cogs down and told him to back off all probably would have been fine. This whole situation has been caused by a complete failure of leadership.

With all due respect, you can't say "I don't really care who is right or wrong" and then roast Martin for being a wuss. It's obvious you care and it's obvious you've decided Martin is wrong.

Having said that, I totally get your frustration because I feel the same way, only I'm equally bitter at Martin, Cogs and the Fins organization as a whole. A combination of sad, mad and nauseous.

If you listen to Tannehill there was no situation to begin with. Nobody had a clue this guy felt this way which means Incognito's actions weren't over the top. They keep talking about a voicemail 1 lousy voicemail which was 6 months ago. 1 voicemail doesn't show a ongoing history of harassment. Now people are saying the coaches and the players should have known and we have no leaders because nobody did anything. So now Martin's actions are throwing everyone under the bus.

I think it's fantastic theater. Long overdue peek into sports lockerroom mentality and tactics, and whether they need to be changed. ESPN has done a terrific job looking at it from every perspective, along with outlets like CNN. Now I imagine the major talk shows will take up the topic.

I don't care about the team impact. We're a middle of the road team without great players and with mediocre stats. The odds of a big jump forward are very slight, whether this had happened or not.

I'm confident the focus is on 6.5 wins

THIS! Martin kept this a secret...purposefully didn't tell anyone...why? Cuz he was gearing up for a lawsuit so he could be rich and not have to play football anymore...this has been about a pay day from the beginning...Martin doesn't tell anyone because if he had it would have stopped and that would have prevented a lawsuit...the Martin family couldn't have that, they needed nobody to know their son was having problems so they could eventual do exactly what they're doing

If you are a Dolphins fan, you sure as hell better care about the team impact. There is talk of removing draft picks, that has an impact on more than just this season.

A team is only as strong as its weakest link. Now that the link has blown, who's fault is it? The link itself, the person who broke it, or the person(s) whose job it was to recognize the problem and remedy it?

Its a cluster **** with no end in site right now.

Tannehill's Q@A is a lot more truth, then some think. And it should not be ignored.

i think he is a dolphins fan but an unhappy one like myself who isnt happy with the way the team has been run last decade. As much as i hate to say it feels like bad karma finally caught up to this front office. The jeff ireland Dez question, the parcells regime throwing taylor n thomas out, our owner trying to take money from poor people ect.... It catches up to ya, in the end. Our front Office as good as they try to make themselves, behind the camera i dont think there as good people as there made to be.

I am disgusted. Sad as it is the Dolphins were my one sports team that I felt might have a slight chance of making the playoffs, now I think that is squashed.

Its a 'cause' to some now. Damn everything else. Eric Dyson was just on ESPN, a political progressive commentator from MSNBC. The poster you are responding too, mentioned CNN, and their 'anti bullying' campaign.
