Drafted Taylor, Davis, Aikens, McCain and Lippet in the last three drafts . . . And right now, it doesnt look to promising for any of them, although I hold out hope for Bobby in the slot. Aikens just looks lost, although he is functional as a backup safety because of special teams. Lippett is a toss up, who knows. Davis is gone and Jamar Taylor may be the worst player on the team, which says something when your team has Dallas Thomas and Jason Fox on it. Grimes is going to continue to decline. Reshad Jones is the only bonafide player and he bothers me because he clearly seems to b playing for himself, plus he is pretty limited. Good strong safety, not elite or even great IMO.
Team needs secondary help badly.
And we whiffed not taking Perryman. Would of solved MLB for the next ten years. So what if he may get beat by a rb in coverage, they all do. Guy stuffs the run and can lead a defense.
Lippett has the most potential out of the entire secondary.

Watching Jamar Taylor's college film really makes me scratch my head. As lost as he looks for us, is as instinctive and decisive as he looked in college. His reaction to the coaching he's received has been horrendous but it really makes me wonder what he was taught. He needed to be allowed to just man up on a guy and stick like glue. Zones, or other coverage schemes have confused him and he's playing in a fog out there. Who knows what kind of player he could've been?
I'm starting to really believe that our position coaches really aren't that good. Think about it. Look how bad our coordinators were in Lazor and the DC guy. Now they tell the PC what they want the player to learn. What are the chances that the position coaches were top notch? Outside of Campbell that is
