Looking at the season schedule, the Dolphins seem to have an easy one. I look at the teams the dolphins will play and think "Damn the Dolphins should, at best be 11-5 by the end of the season". Can anybody dispute this? Who do you think the Dolphins should beat? and who will they fall to?

This question has been asked a couple of times.....I would say 9-7. I still think we are two years away from seriously competing for a SB win.

I think 10-6, and a Wild Card berth. It might go something like this:

at Pittsburgh: L (I predicted a loss, too)
Buffalo: W
Tennessee: W
at Houston: W
at New England: L
at N.Y. Jets: L (Just because the Dolphins always seem to lose to them at least once)
Green Bay: W
BYE
at Chicago: L
Kansas City: W
Minnesota: W
at Detroit: W
Jacksonville: L (I think it's unrealistic to predict an undefeated home season, so I just chose this one)
New England: W
at Buffalo: W
N.Y. Jets: W
at Indianapolis: L (This might depend on if Indy has their play-off seeding locked)

Possible wildcard berth but Daute needs to stop the happy feet

This is how I see the rest of the season...

Buffalo: Win
Tennessee: Win
at Houston: Win
at New England: Loss
at N.Y. Jets: Loss
Green Bay: Win
BYE
at Chicago: Win
Kansas City: Loss
Minnesota: Win
at Detroit: Win
Jacksonville: Loss
New England: Win
at Buffalo: Win
N.Y. Jets: Win
at Indianapolis: Win (Indy should have a first round bye and even if they don't, they have the team to get to the SB so they will be sitting their important first string players)

So yeah, I concur with the 11-5 sentiment.

That IMO is thinking conservatively. I think we may be able to "steal" a game or two against maybe the Bears, Colts.

Yes, we need to build a O-line and Dline in the next two years and find a MLB as well. I see Saban building our team the right way.

i say 9-7 to 11-5. Hopefully we don't lay any eggs.

Speaking of Indy; did you watch that game last night? Indy has NO running game. They started to get close to 3 ypc once NY went to (and stayed in ) a nickel defense. Plus they had NO run defense. I know Barber is an outstanding RB, but even NYGs backup was getting more than 6 ypc. Indy is beatable.

We could put 6 defensive backs out there and Manning would still kill us. We really don't match up well with the Colts because they have a tremendous passing attack and we have a suspect pass defense.

It's hard to pick single games, but if I had to, here's how I'd pick them.

Buffalo: Win
Tennessee: Win
Houston: Win
New England: Win
New York: Loss
Green Bay: Win
BYE
Chicago: Win
Kansas City: Loss
Minnesota: Win
Detroit: Win
Jacksonville: Loss
New England: Win
Buffalo: Win
New York: Win
Indianapolis: Loss

Swap a couple of games around however you like, but I still believe we finish 11-5. I'm sticking with that pick untill the Fins have lost their 6th game.

Well, I personally believe that there is no way that we will finish 9-7 or below. I mean, come on people. We finished 9-7 last year with all the same problems PLUS Gus Frerotte as our quarterback.

I don't know how many times I have had to say that. You would think that all signs point to better right? I just don't see us being worse or the same as last year.

And with all that they won anyway, in Giants stadium.......
