Look @ what Tennessee has done so far this year and UF went into Neyland and won.

If I could vote (and boy do I wish I could) I would have Ohio State #1 and Florida #2.

I'll tell ya...I have been watching this develop and I've decided it doesn't matter. IF Florida wins out, including the SEC championship, they will get their shot at the title. Meeeshigan will take one on the chin against OSU...or they won't..it doesn't matter, ONE of them will be out of it. I think USC gets beat by UF's strength of schedule... Right this minute, the only thing I am certain of is OSU deserves the number one ranking.

call me a huge huge dumb stupid huge huge homer, but i think by season's end, florida should be #1, assuming both OSU and UF go undefeated.

That would be nice, but the voters do not like to admit they're wrong by dropping the #1 team w/o a loss, especially this far into the season. They would have to have several close calls coming from poor performances.

M2C, I agree w/ you about UT. They're REALLY good. I'm so glad we don't play again.

Like previously said, IF, and thats a big if, Florida runs the table and wins out I believe without a doubt they'll be in the National Championship game. The top 5 will be weeded out by then. USC will be exposed by Cal, and possibly ND. OSU and Michigan will have there showdown with the loser falling out of the picture. WVU is the wildcard with one lone test against Louisville remaining, however if they manage to win that I think the strength of schedule will give Florida the edge.

I've thought all season that LSU would be their toughest test and they passed that with flying colors, however they cannot be to sure of themselves going into Auburn next week against a hungry Tigers team looking to bounce back. I still like the Gators chances though.

Auburn being on the road, still has me VERY nervous. I think Thomas is still the HUGE difference maker for our D and Harvin is the same for our offense. As long as both play, we will play well.

I think USC loses atleast 1 game. Arizona and UW both gave them a run for their money and neither team is exactly a power house. They play Oregon, Cal and ND back-to-back-toback. They are lucky that all 3 games are at home, but they'll drop 1 of them. IF UF wins out they will be in the championship game and should make a push to be ranked 1st depending on how OSU handles Michigan. UF still has some tough games left though so anything can happen

i was so impressed with saturdays huge win.if we can beat auburn and georgia.there is no doubt in my mind that we are the best in the country although osu will still be ranked first

i am a huge/ long time/diehard gator fan and i think right now they are the best they have beaten hard quality teams

if we beat auburn it will show it even more
