108:

John Wendling (S/LB - Wyoming) or
Doug Free (OT - Northern Illinois) or
Courtney Brown (CB - Cal Poly) or
Ben Patrick (TE - Delaware)

181 - Ryan Smith (CB - Florida)
199 - Michael Allan (TE - Whitworth) or Elliot Vallejo (OT - UC Davis) if we draft Patrick
219 - David Ball (WR - New Hampshire)
225 - Kasey Studdard (OG - Texas)
238 - Justin Medlock (K - UCLA)

If we trade Booker for a fourth or fifth round pick, I'd like to see us use it on Daniel Sepulveda (P - Baylor) or one of the guys I have in the 108 slot if they're still available. Best case scenario is somebody gives up a fourth round pick for Booker and we find a sucker willing to give up a fifth or sixth for Culpepper, although that seems extremely unlikely.

I'm guessing the Chiefs will continue to stall on the Green deal, not coming around for another week or two. We'll probably end up giving them a 2008 conditional draft pick...

The problem is the only player I see on your list that has a chance to be starting material is Ben Patrick.

Most rookies that are drafted on day two don't ever become starters in the NFL...However, although I think all of the offensive and defensive guys I like would probably be backups this year, I also think all of them could possibly blossom into starters down the road.

Daniel Sepulveda would probably be a solid punter for years and years. He's a very special talent. Medlock, on the other hand, would probably just provide some competition in training camp, but I think it's worth using 238 on a guy who just might get his act together and become a decent kicker in the NFL...

Stephen Nicholas OLB southern florida, will play inside in our system but what a motor on this guy!! Mean streak LB with good athletic ability and size and speed. always around the ball remind you of someone? May be able to trade down a little and grab a 5th hopefully

I like M Allan TE Whitworth as well, and Medlock in the 7th sounds good to me as well , might want to grab a punter with one of those 7ths too

David Ball would be a true value pick. I like Kasey Studdard, some had him going in the late 2nd-early 3rd.
