are the Miami Dolphins, a 1-15 team last year actually FAVORED against the Patriots, 16-0 last year... CRAZY!

And something else to add 'cause most would argue that the Patriots would still be awesome if they had Brady, which could be true BUT I do believe we would have still beaten them earlier this year with the introduction of the Wildcat as Brady doesnt play defense!

Hah, well how in the world did the 0-2 Fins, fresh off the 1-15 season, kill the 2-0 Patriots, fresh off the 16-0 season, 38-13 in their house?

You all should know that sports is all about what have you done lately, not what have you done in the past.

They do not have Brady, the phins beat them already this year and the phins are at home. What are they favored by 3 ? No big deal.

A normal NFL team on a avg has 18 turnovers in personal, some more than less. so 1/3 of a team is new. when you loss 1/3 of injury you end up with 2/3 new team every year.

its not the pre salary cap era when the team pratically reminded the same.

I'll give you three great reasons.

Line is at 2 now, which makes us a one point dog since we get 3 for being at home.

Yea, I have no idea why New England is favored.

Read carefully. They are NOT favored. The Dolphins are but by just 2 now which would indicate to book makers that New England has the edge simply by virtue that the betting community award home teams an automatic 3 points when they feel both teams are pretty much equal. (( Taking a breath... Sorry for the run on sentence...)) In this case, the Dolphins are giving the 2 points because this game will be played in their backyard which would also indicate that the betting community is slapping down their coin on the Patriots.

Now that y'all are completely coRnfussed, take the Dolphins and give the points.

Just a degenerate gamblers choice. :D

Hell ti even seems that some of our own finheaven fans were amongst that dialogue in the early weeks "we are rebuilding, we were 1-15 team, dont get your hopes up, i see only 2 wins for us all season, thats an inprovement, in 2010 we will be able to compete"....they should be ashamed to be a fin fan

They should be ashamed of being realistic?

obviously it wasnt realistic,
i would never judge a team on what they did from last year, especially when theres a complete new line of coaches and front office and players!...how could you thats not realistic...if we brought back the same players and still had cam and mule id prolly talk along those lines of maybe 2 or 3 wins this year... but 6 so far? its almost as if people who said we would win less are mad that we are at 6 wins....
