How is Flores Still Employed?

It was bad enough being embarrassed by Tampa and Buffalo but now losing to Jacksonville and Atlanta, two of the worst teams in the league (besides us of course). We're 1-6. That being said, what good reason is there to still keep him employed?
Because there is no one on the staff that could do any better. Totally incompetent bunch. Maybe next year…

Why does no one have a clue about the proper way to hire ,draft. , and coach the Miami Dolphins! Hey, we actually got a owner that will put the money to his team he just does not have anyone that can advise him on the operations. Please an offensive minded coach with some head coaching experience!

What is most disgusting is a report that Ross will bring back Flores and Grier for 2022.
The thought of that makes me ill.

There might be a report, but I have trouble imagining Flores at the very least survives to see 2022. Honestly, I now have doubts he makes it to the end of the season. We've all heard reports that coaches were safe before only for them to be gone the next week.

Only reason I can think of is Watson likes him, and until that situation clears up one way or another. They are keeping what they have in place.

And I think Flores' larger problem is that he needs to surround himself with smarter more experienced people. I'd start there if I were the owner.
