The Saints game might be the game to start Sage....His throws are not so OFF target...He hit a Long one last year on 1st play of the game in Baltimore?

I have seen enough of Gus...Teams stack the line and then say beat us with Gus....

As long as he shows improvement and is able to make us plays to put us in position to win games... and as long as the division title is in reach.

I say let him play the rest of the season the guy will come around but if not hey why not draft DREW STANTON

We don't have anyone better. He'll finish out the year at the least.

Sorry, but we dont need this to happen with our qb's. its gus' team, he is the leader on offense, plus he's an 11 year vet. theres not much he hasnt seen in terms of defensive schemes, etc. it really relies on him staying heathy, as in an injury, or simply his arm giving out because of his age, wear and tear, etc.. anyway, i think a qb change isnt what we need at this time. too many winable games left. imo. im not dissing you man, im just giving my 4 cents..

If he plays bad against a weak kansas city secondary I would bench him. If he plays well, keep him around as long as we play .500 ball. If we get to being two games under .500 bench him in favor of sage

We stay with him until 2006 and hope we find a stud QB. Meanwhile, Gus is a stable QB who can lead this team but needs to improve on his accuracy especially on the long ball.

Yeah and all Sage went on to do that game was throw for no TD's and 3 INT's after that play. Granted the Ravens D was great last year, but your going off what he did on 1 play, not the whole game. Here is his stat line from that game:
16 comp 28 att 264 yards 1TD 3 INT 42.0 Passr Rating
Sage has the opportunity to take this job next year, but if he were really that good he would have done it already. The fins need to invest a high draft pick (rounds1-4) on a QB and develop him from the start rather than do it on the cheap and sign backups/vetern journeymen,

Sage also HAD NO RB`s in that game?

The Ravens Knew he was all we had and his throws were NOT so off target as Gus is doing now????
I just think our O needs some kind of Spark-plug???
