How long will it be before Saban blows up??

I love watching Saban doing a press conference. You can tell he really hates the media. How long do you think it will be until he goes off on one of the reporters or storms out of a press conference?
 
I think that it will be somewhat in the mid if the season. The reports will then prob be starting to get on his last nerve.
 
what will be more interesting to me is how the reporters respond to it in the articles. I wonder how a guy like hyde would take it.
 
Reporters won't give him an ounce of respect if he doesn't start winning right away.

Hyde would probably go home and cry. Then after wiping his tears write one of his many pessimistic, condescending articles about Saban, Dolphin players, the organization, et al. Like he has been doing for a majority of his writings the last 2 years.

I don't even read his trash anymore. He acts like his viewpoints are so better than others...dude works for a local Ft Lauderdale paper, he's not Peter Jennings :rolleyes:
 
if the team does mediocre, they'll leave him alone. if we play well or terrible, that's when he'll have to answer stupid question after stupid question.

of course, it's easier to answer those if you're playing well.
 
If we do terrible everyone may chalk it up to a rebuilding year... etc...

But i think he explodes about the time Ricky comes back!
 
He'll blow up as soon as any of the reporters mention QB trade rumors (especially if he visits this board). :D
 
Hehh... there was one the other day where they cut the video portion of it real short as compared to the transcript. Reading the transcript, it read like he *might* have been pretty hot with them then.
 
When I think blow up, I think Jim Mora or Bobby Knight. I can't see Saban going that far. I'm sure he'll get pissed at the press and show it at some point, but I don't expect to see chairs move or hear the words "diddly poo".
 
Have any of you ever seen the Pink Panther movies? You know how everytime someone mentions Clouseau, Chief Inspector Dreyfus's eye starts twitching? That's what I see happening to Saban.

I remember when aqua's buddy wanny blew up after being asked about jim drunkenmiller as the possible first team qb . ( just kidding aqua ) your one of my favorite around here. saban will blow up at a player before to long preferably donald lee, or seth mckinnery or d thompson.
