My guess is:
Less than 3 minutes.

They will know pretty much who they want from the available players and will only take longer if a deal is in the making, wither it falls through or not. - LOL

The draft is televised because the networks and NFL make money. Just as every other pick, the pick will be in close to the time limit. Even the #2 pick isn't immediate. Certainly won't be less that a minute.
