We will be back in the playoffs in 2-3 years, then it all depends where we go from there.

It depends for me if we actually see some sustained forward progress over the next 2 years, a good 2 drafts and a team showing they can play consistently (not just good form under little to no pressure) and 3-4 years is a legit possibilty but if the next 2 years are like the last 3, god knows.

This team is awful with very little young talent on the team as it stands. Think about it you need 22 good starters and then you need good reserve players. This team doesnt even have good reserve players. You can only hope to get a couple guys in the draft each season that will turn out good. It's gonna take a long time before we can fill an entire roster with good players.

IMO as it stands right now we have Rod Wright, Quenton Moses, Jason Allen, Satele, Ginn, maybe Booker, Maybe Beck, Brown, Carey and Maybe Crowder as players who could possibly be the start of a decent team. Not to many others IMO they can build around.

3-4 we can turn into a power house. BP needs to be comitted to us though.
