how mad would u b if tannenhill is starter game 1?

About as mad as I was when we gave AJ Feeley the start.

Just kidding. I'm hoping it is Tannehill.

If he is starting then our FO thinks he is the guy. I really want to see him in there. I have waited a long time to see a legit Qb on this team.
If RT does well in Pre seson then we should let him start. Don't like Garrard idea. Moore or THill.

Why would anybody be mad at this? If he winds up being the guy for Week 1, it means he earned the job and he should be applauded for it.

Not at all...I think he should be the starter based on what I have observed. He will learn much faster playing than holding a clipboard.

Anyone that just presumes he should sit and not let camp play itself out is being naive. As I've said before, if its close at all...Tannehill should start. The only way I would sit him was if he clearly was way behind in this competition...which is not the case from all indications.

Some people are making way to much ado about this initial depth chart...it is meaningless and exactly what I expected. If I was running this team I would have done the very same thing, being listed number 3 sets Tannehill up take on the challenge of proving he should be number 1. If he fails to respond or isn't ready he does not have the pressure of failing this early in his career.

Anybody who really thinks he is out of the question to start for this team this year is naive.

the whole idea he should sit came after we drafted him because people felt he was still extremely raw... thing is he's looked better in camp than anybody expected. I know it's just camp and we've seen fools gold, but he's making throws vets don't and he's consistently looking better every day.

Now I wanna see how he does in the preseason. If he earns it with his play let him. People forget, the Detroit Lions had no intentions of having Matt Stafford start week 1 his rookie year, but he earned the job with his play.
