How Many New Head Coaches In 06'?

Jets, KC, Ravens, Oakland, Houston, Minny, GB, Tenn, Washington, Detroit, St.Louis

Jets-maybe Herm moves on, I doubt it, injuries have ruined that team this year. KC, I dont know, I dont see Vermeil quitting, especially if the Chiefs make a run. Ravens, a superbowl win gets you some time, even though next season will be Billicks last.
Oakland, Turners gone agree. Houston, Capers is gone agree.
Minny, Im not sure, the Vikes could make the playoffs and actually win a game, would be hard to fire Tice after that, give it 50/50.
GB, I think Sherman stays.
Tenn, Fisher isnt going out, I think hes a little overrated but they did have huge salary turnover, hard to fire a guy for holding down the fort while your cap gets straightened out.
Washington-Gibbs is staying, hes already said that.
Detroit, obviously.
St.Louis, agree here too.

Maybe Oakland hires Mike Martz? That would seem to fit Al Davis mode of operations.

Rumor is Gibbs and Vermile will retire that is why Washington and KC is on the list

I would be shocked if Gibbs retires.

There have been rumblings of it the past month. I guess he is burned out and not happy.

I think that Gibbs will stay one more year and then retire. I was kind of suprised to see Gibbs still wanting to coach after last season, but I guess he knew that his team has talent to win ball games. The Skins should only improve next year and could be a top team next season under Gibbs.

Don't worry about it, man. The guy who's dissing you tends to act like an argumentative jerk.

Edwards will leave and the Jets will get draft picks

Can't happen. The NFL has done away with that. No more coaches for draft picks because it was getting out of hand. Gruden to the Bucs for picks was the last one that will ever happen.

Houston - Dom Capers
Baltimore - Brian Billick
Green Bay - Mike Sherman
New Orleans - Jim Haslitt
Kansas City - Dick Vermeil retires
Detroit - Dick Jauron
St. Louis - Mike Martz/Joe Vitt

Mike Martz will be a head coach somewhere next year. I also think Ron Rivera (Chicago) & Tim Lewis (Giants) will have head coaching jobs next year.
