Here is the rest of our schedule, their records, and their computerized ranking based on Bud Goode's Yards per Pass Attempt Differential which tends to predict a Win Loss record (we're ranked 24th while Pittsburgh is 21st, Buffalo is 16th, Tennessee is 28th, and Houston is 32- so it's been right three out of four times and the one it was wrong it was a two point game):

Oct. 15 at New York Jets, 2-2 ranked 9th

Based on Goodes computerized rankings we should beat Green Bay, Jacksonville, and Detroit which would make us 4-11. But Jacksonville shut out Pittsburgh who beat us. Based on Win-Loss records we should beat Detroit, and maybe beat Green Bay and Kansas making us a possible 4-11 again. But Kansas City had a great game against San Francisco beating them 41-0 and Green Bay has the same record as us. While we're 1-3, our first four opponents are 4-11.

Also Indianapolis walloped Houston 43-24 and the Jets beat Buffalo 28-20 so we're gonna probably lose to them. Chicago and Indianapolis could be considered sure losses since they are a couple of the best teams in the league.

I don't think you can accurately base wins and losses on how teams played in the past. It is like gambling. You play the odds and hope for the best. So if you do it that way, the Dolphins end up 4 -11 or whatever.

But I think the Dolphins haven't even got the ship moving yet. It's still in the port. It's maybe been around the dock a few times. If they can ever get the ship out to sea sailing in the right direction, they might turn the entire season around. You never know.

Let's wait and see what happens in these next two division games. Maybe at the halfway point of the season we can start predicting the final record accurately.

Even so, they've already lost 3 games. Losses against Indianapolis and Chicago are sure things. That means 11-5 is the very best they can do and that means they have to beat New England twice, not lose to Buffalo again, and beat the Jets twice (and the Jets already beat Buffalo) or they will be 6-10. Minnesota and Jacksonville will be tough too, and if they don't beat them it'll be 4-12.

If they lost to Houston, then Green Bay and Kansas City can easily be losses too which might make them 2-14. And Detroit can't lose all their games so who knows?

probably 2....that's if we can beat the cryons!!!! Guy's we suck and I think we are all realizing it after these first 3 games.

I'm realy on the edge. It all depends on how our coaching adjusts.

If somebody slaps around Saban/Capers/Mularkey and gets them coaching right then we could go 11-5 or 12-4 even. We have that much talent, with perfect coaching that is possible.

If they keep doing the same things they did last week we will have problems winning another game. So 3-13.

I expected the coaching to be vastly better against the Titans but it wasn't. I also expected the coaching to improve against the Texans, but we relapsed.

So my prediction is either 5-11 or 10-6.

3-13 but only if we get  a lot of bounces are way.

A win against GB if Farve doesn't have an awakening, and one against the Jets at home or the Lions if they don't get hot.

I said 12 - 4 before I saw us play. Now 3 - 13 if we keep the same playcalling and players in as starters.

I think the Dolphins won all of the games that they are going to win this season.
