How much sway has name recognition been in past dolphin drafts?

Sometimes bloodlines can give you similar results sometimes not..
Like pouncey brother on the steelers and our pouncey..
antrele rolle, samari rolle.. peyton, archie, eli manning..
the cromarties..

It seems some picks were made that are head scratchers..
Like jimmy Johnson drafting jimmy Johnson
Jimmy telling yatil green on draft day
hey if i pick you don't injure yourself
and next thing ya know he messes up his knee..

When all things are equal on a pick
and they say well Thomas has same stats as so and so
But look how many players with the last name that have excelled.
Thurman Thomas, Derick Thomas, isiah Thomas

Sometimes it is just coincidence im sure yet funny
Like cam cameron getting his only victory from cammarilo miracle touchdown
Now Cameron wake is arguably the dolphins best player!

We sure hope jimmy willson is better than jerry wilson!!

How about the Raven's super bowl year when their best players on either side of the ball were Jamal Lewis and Ray Lewis. I think they had a receiver with the last name Lewis, and they had Defensive Coordinator, Marvin Lewis. And Lewis isn't that common a last name.

or how many people wanted us to draft DJ Williams at TE. draft Ryan Williams and Resign Ricky Williams. Then in free agency we were thought to target DeAngelo Williams and of course we could have settled with Cadillac WIlliams. Then we could have signed roy williams and if Solia didnt break out would we have targeted Pat Williams? Dont forget minority owners Venus and Serena...
