If the team continues to play as badly as they have, how much time do you give Gase before the team decides to fire him? I have not been impressed with him at all and if this team continues to play this badly, I would fire him at the end of this season. Over my lifetime there have been some bad Dolphin teams, but this year so far ranks near the top.

Sorry, I didn't see the option I wanted. The one that says, "Should be fired, but this FO will keep him around."

I would give him as much time as it takes to take Tannenbaum down with him.

Too early to say, for me.

I expected more from Gase, and other than the press conferences I haven't seen any improvements from this team.

If the players check out soon, then we need to do a complete purge. Sadly, Ross won't do that.

With the way this team is playing and coached, I would give him until the end of the season.

If we see the joke of the team we have seen continue to take the field he has to go at season end. If Tannenbaum stays we're screwed again in 2017

Ross said 3 Years when he was hired and I believe that is about right, can,t keep turning over your coaching staff every year, getting better players is the key to winning.

Holy hell its bad enough I'm missing sparano

I'd give him 2 years. Give him next offseason to address a few issues on the team, (hopefully) get a change at QB, and see if next year shows a sign of progress as far as winning games and playing competitive. If the team still plays lousy by end of next year, I think you have to move on from Gase, T-Baum, and Grier. This regime isn't worth it at that point

I can understand giving him 2 years, but I'm not sure he survives a 1-15 to 3-13 season.

I'm finding it harder and harder to defend Gase each week.

So I'm not going to do that any more.

Whatever happens happens, **** it.

Gase is worse than Cam Cameron. At least with Cam we moved the ball. Gase is the worst Dolphins coach ever. Not even close.
