How on Earth do I get the Arcade Pass for 1000 credits?

K I think that the arcade still isn't up to full speed yet. the last message about it in the announcements forums confirms this. i'm hoping for an update soon.

Sorry for taking so long with fixing the arcade. It seems to be causing some serious issues with load and we are trying to fix it completely before reactivating it.
