how soon will Brown sign?

will he sign soon enough to play in the HOF game? I hope so because that game is 2 weeks away and Alex Smith should be signed really soon by the 49ers

smith is suppose to sign on thursday...the 49ers start camp on friday so hopefully ronnie brown will be in uniform and on the field by next monday

I dont' think he plays in the HOF game though. Maybe late in teh 4th quarter. But you have to reward the people who showed up to camp on time and didn't miss any time. Gordon, Minor, Ricky...etc. They should play before Ronnie if Ronnie misses the first week of camp.

they will all play. But if Ronnie misses all of this week, then he will get in the game real late or not play at all. It's only fair to the other guys

There is a big snag in the contract neg. for Smith and he is threatning sitting out this year and saying he will re-enter the draft.

Looks like Ronnie will sit out the year!!!!!
