With the recent developments, I say Week 1.......of the 2009 season.

well as it stands now, I couldn't tell you with any certainty. I think the QBs used against the Bucs and their performances will be good indicators of who is getting cut and who's getting the back-up spot.
If C. Pennington can stay injury free and puts up decent numbers, then Henne may not see play til 09 maybe even later...If he gets hurt early on though, I think Beck will get a really small window of opportunity and if he's anything less then spectacular he'll be cut and Henne's our guy from that point forward. That's my prediction at the moment, but like I said pre-season could change everything, so we shall see.

Really doubt it, too much $ investment between the other 3 QBs to not use them yet. Plus those guys clocks are ticking and Henne's hasn't even started yet. So I'm sure they want to get as much as they can from the 3 of them and determine which of the 3 is expendable before even thinking about using Henne.
Plus we all witnessed the results of letting a rookie on the field too early last year, granted it certainly wasn't ALL Beck's fault, but some more bench time likely would have served him well.

i think the signing of Pennington means we wont be seeing henne until at least week 12.
