How to sumbit an avatar

I saw a thread quite sometime ago asking for members to submit new avatars for members to use. But I can't find where I had seen the thread.

So, I was wondering if you can still sbumit avatars? And if so who do I send them to?

Submit them to one of the Admins: WildBill3, fin-atic, Nublar7, or myself, or one of the Moderators, and they'll get them to us.
