Lets see, you ere 4-12 last year, winning 2 more games is a lot more realistic then winning 8 moretay0365 said:Sounds just as possible with the type of talent Miami has, then your pick

KGUNBILLS said:I HIGHLY doubt you have more then 6 wins. You were 4-12 you know. You still dont have even an average QB, you still have a horrible Oline, your defense, if anything, got worse, you do have a better coach and RB, so thats why you will have 2 more wins
Explain to me why you think you will be so much better then last year.......
KGUNBILLS said:If you honestly think the Dolphins will have more wins then the Bills then you are a![]()
the teams you faced when you were averaging 10 games are no longer as weak. The bills got rid of Greg Williams and no longer have Drew and the OL that protected him in 2003.tay0365 said:You seem to forget that before Miami had all the problems they had last year (Most of which were fixed), Miami averaged 10 games. Miami winning 8-10 games is more realistic, but then as a Bills fan, being realistic when it comes to the Dolphins is not required, in fact it is expected to be unrealistic.

The jets are better and the PAts are again the sb champs.
The fins no longer have Ogun, Surtain, Bowens, etc. who were vital players in that 10 ave. wins. Nice try.
Who cares if Ogun was helped by JT. I didn't see Jay Williams being helped by JT last year. OG was injured also last year. You are also switching to a different D scheme. That makes your 10 win ave. useless.tay0365 said:Ogun was helped by Taylor (As proven with how he did in Chi-town), and with the new talent Miami has this year, we will be just as good as when Ogun was here, in fact I expect us to be better.
So who was in charge of that 10 ave. win that you were using if you had a nitwit HC? The players?tay0365 said:Miami has better quality D-lineman then they did last year, Miami has better RBs then last year when Miami did not have much of a running game, Miami had a scared nitwit for a HC, a O-coordinator that was too bust reading his new book Coaching an offense for Dummies, and still Miami was able to stay in most of the games they played.[ .
Of course it matters. The team you said that had an average of 10 wins is no longer the same team. You yourself said you have a better team which therefore makes that 10 win ave. a moot point.tay0365 said:It does not matter that your team, and the Jets are better then years past, Miami is MUCH MUCH better then last year, and I really do hope the Bills underestimates the Dolphins as much as you guys seem to be doing, because if they do, it should be a fun game to be a Dolphin fan. :D .

Justasportsfan said:The point is, you cannot use that 10 win ave to make an agrument. Your team and the teams you are facing are completely different. Nothing is known about your team and the teams you are facing in the AFCE are better.
tay0365 said:Actually our starter on the other side was David Bowens, and he did not do too bad. I understand the injury and the new team D scheme, but if he was as good as you say he was, he still would have had a better season then he had.
The same HC who's philosophy was to take as little chances as possible, and win on just pure talent, very little game day coaching from him. Once Miami had problems, and he had to make adjustments, he decided to still go with his philosophy (even though he no longer had the talent, or O-coordinator to help him).
Same team talent wise, does not mean they are an automatic 10 win team, they done't gel, they have bad injuries, they are a 6 win team....they Gel perfectly, new player learn quickly, then they are a 12 win team. This is pretty much talent wise the same team of two years ago, maybe better in some places, and not as good in others, but as far as weaknesses, nothing much worse then what they had two years ago.
Actually the arument that can not be made is that this is a 6 win team because of how this played last year. The problems that led to that season for the most part have been fixed.
Justasportsfan said:So the talent that got you 10 wins per season is the one that got you 4-12. I get it, That talent that got you 4-12 cannot get you a 10 win season without Wanny
