How will the media treat Cam?

I was just reading the article about how Cam is making a good impression on a lot of people there in South Florida, so I'm just throwing the question out there, how will the media treat Cam?

You would think that they would love Cam after what they all just went thought with Saban, but it always seems that the media is against the coach. There is always a lot more pointing out bad things than pointing out good things.

This is Cam's first year as an NFL head coach and he is bound to make some mistakes, he's not going to be perfect. So will the media jump on his mistakes or will they talk about his successes?

Should be interesting to see, what do you guys think?
 
I think in his opening statement to the media down here, he showed the kind of person he is, and how he treats others outside the organization. He gives respect, and I think that will go a long way within the fan base / media once the season gets rolling. He's a straight shooter, and I think that's one of the main reasons why he was liked so much, and eventually hired. Not to mention he's an offensive genius of course....

I think if he wins he'll get a little more love, but he will be treated well because he's a good person and after the issues with Saban that alone will be enough to ease the pain he might otherwise face as a rookie HC.
 
The media will treat him the same way they treat everyone.

If he wins, hes golden.

If he loses, they'll be ready to burn him alive.
 
It all depends on how willing he is to take responsibility for the team's mistakes as well as successes relative to last years coach...

There should be a kind of "honeymoon" period where they'll cut him some slack. And after Saban they'll be very favorable with Cam because he's not the jerk Saban was to the media. But after the honeymoon, he better be winning or he's toast. :lol:
