My question is simple, if the Fins win today how will your opinions change about the Fins and another question is how will the overall doom and gloom feel of Finheaven change, or will it. I'm just interested because this site tends to swing wildly after a win or a loss, so will this site change or will it remain the same with a win?

I will still believe Culpepper is overrated and not the answer at QB. A win vs. Tennessee is hardly something to get excited about. If the Phins (and Daunte) can win 4 out of the next 5, including wins vs. the Jesters and the Patsies, then I'll start believing in Daunte.

Not likely to change mine. The Titans are awful. One of the three worst teams in football. This is what I dreaded. Culpepper will pad his stats beating up some hapless team, then all the jock-riders will be back in here screaming about how great he looked.

(Sigh) 2006 will be like every other season since the Curse of the Marino. Some crappy QB will do just well enough against saps to ruin the rest of the season against the real competition; but coaches won't make the switch and we'll be stuck with another season of mediocrity.

I hope the SB talk doesn't show it's ugly head if we win by 3. As bad as some fans are when we lose, they can be just as hard to deal with when we win.

 Oh, it probably will but at least that would be better than all of the "The Dolphins are awful" posts that float around this board now.

ahhh, who cares 29...as soon as we stumble they will be back full of their "I told you soos" ...to hell with them, maybe they will get bored and find a new team to hate.

 . GAME? WHAT GAME? DAUNTE WHO?...OOOPS, lost my train of thought there for a minute.

[admin] We have a ladies lounge for pics like that, please do not post them in this forum. [/admin]

IMO Idont feel confident when Daunte is in there whether hes healthy or not,he turns the ball over to much for my liking and roams around to much.A turnover QB always makes for a roller coaster type season. Ihope the team does well but , IMO I just dont think hes the guy.

I think it definately depends on the type of win. A blowout will probably lift a lot of people's spirits, although there will still be doubters (and rightfully so) because it is Tennessee.

If we have to fight to win this then I don't think the mood surrounding the team will change all that much.

I think Culpepper is going to need to come out strong, because if he's inconsistant early the fans are going to be on him like flies on you-know-what.

It is very important to the success of the season -- to WIN today ...

That being said, IF we can't win today --- then any hopes for a playoff spot are absolutely D-O-N-E ...

On the FIELD, it is very important to see CULPEPPER make good decisions and not hold the ball too long. The OL needs to open up some holes for BROWN ...

If we see all 3 of the above ... the site will feel some 'love' ... if not -- then it will just get more ugly !!

if we lose, it's going to be anti-Dolphin jihad on this board. If we win, it will be ho-hum, we beat the Titans....:toilet:

If we win by giving the ball to Ronnie 25-30 times and crush the titans with a solid ground game while C- Pep doesn't screw anything up, I'll be VERY happy.

tailgun are you even a dolphin fan?
why even post a reply if it is going to be that negative?
hope for the best or get out of here
i mean honestly [admin] namecalling is not tolerated here[/admin]can you tell us what are exact record will be at the end of the season and who will win the superbowl?
quit being so negative:dolphins: we got a game 2day
lets go dolphins

all the nay sayers are going to be the first to call super bowl...the threads are going to go from...

Culpepper was a mistake...to Culpepper MVP??
We are terrible...to Can we win the Superbowl??
and so on thats why i rarely read the threads here right after a loss and right after a win...

Even if the phins pull out a win today at home like they should, I am still not on the C-PeP wagon. The flip side to this post is how will C-PeP fans feel if this guy stinks up the stadium again and we lose another game? Nick Saban can't let this game get away from us. If Daunte struggles again I hope that Nick has the balls to put Harrington in. If he doesn't then it will only be a matter of time before Nick Saban is out of Miami. Just like Wanny stuck with Fielder instead of getting a decent quarterback!
