all week everyone was hyping the jets, hyping Darnold, all the “experts” picked the jets for an “easy” home opener win. Even though the lions just looked like trash. Lol dolphins make the media look silly for the 2nd week in the row.

I think it’s funny how whenever Miami wins, all the coverage outlets quickly show the highlights from the game with little to no discussion. Had the jets won it would have been non stop talk on how the jets are for real and Darnold is a franchise QB.

Keep winning Miami as the underdogs. Love it!

Tale of 2 halves. They looked like the better team in the first half, as we did the first. I'm very happy we won and I'll always take the W any way I we can..... but by no means do I feel like we were the overwhelming better team in that game. Luckily it was in NY and next time we play them is at home. But our offense better shape up quick. 0 points in the second half and we looked outmatched.

In the gang green forum they mostly felt we'd overcome the 3rd & 19 either by our play or a Skrine interference call. Lots of "SOJ" bubble bursting with fear that the jest would give The Browns their 1st win in 2years in the battle of the "dumb & dumber" HCs

the gang green is currently looking like our beloved website right after a loss lol. And believe me, I am not complaining cause I absolutely HATE the Jest & their entire fan base .
Lol yep they’re like once again we lose to a crap dolphins team at home. And Bowles loses a game after a big win yet again. And they were calling Tannehill “Ryan Vick” because of getting gashed by his runs lmao

I’m sorry but I see Sanchez 2.0 when I watch Darnold. I seriously think the jets will be looking for a new qb in 5 years unless they re-hire Tannenbaum and he signs him to a huge unearned contract.

That call for Tannehill to keep the ball to ice the game was one of the best calls I've ever seen. NO ONE saw it coming.
Totally faked me and the camera guy out. Great EXECUTION!!!

I saw that. The doom and gloom. Kinda reminds me of these parts. Two tortured fan bases. That being said, ****'m. :hclap:

Darnold looks way better than Dirty Sanchez so far and I think he’ll be a much better QB. That said Sanchez benefited from a top 5 D and the Jets don’t have that with Darnold so Dirty Sanchez had more help

I’m not seeing it. Sanchez looked good early too but couldn’t overcome bad throws and turnovers. I see this being a career long problem for Darnold as it’s plagued him since college.

Darnold looked ok. I didn’t see anything special TBH.
He was playing from behind the entire game and much of the yards were padded stats.
He’s got pretty good pocket presence and good arm, but I haven’t seen enough of him the past 2 weeks to declare him a future elite QB.
Much of his hype is due to his draft status. If he were a 3rd rd pick with the exact same stats, I don’t think the media would be salivating over his every throw.
