Thanks to Ozzy's report, I liked him when he was here in San Diego, and I really glad Wayne opened up the check book to get him here in Miami! He sounds like the teacher our young players and Vets have needed for a long time!:beerbang:

Agreed. This is 1 of the top OL coaches in the game. His ability to maximize the talent of his players is renowned throughout the league not just from his SD days.

NM just watching the Mets game lurking around here.

Yeah i remember some of Obens interviews as a Giant out here and he always seemed like a good guy.
 
I really like us picking him up. I really liked his interview that was on the official site during mini camps. I also like the results of the SD line last year that was supposed to finish last or near to last.
 
Yeah, Houck is a very good coach and i think the best edition we made to this team this past off-season. I think he's going to help the o-line tremendously, turn it to an o-line that is very good like the one he had in San Diego which was a very under rated part of the Chargers very good offense.
 
hudson houck is the best oline coach in the game today and maybe the best ever.he will shape this unit into a strong one in 2005 and beyond that's why miami will finish 12-4 because of great oline play.playoffs baby!!!!!!!!!!!
 
After how hard it was to get any good coach to come here.. its finally awesome to have talent in teaching. i see a much improved offense this season.

Can't argue with that. It's just a question of "how quickly they will improve", not "if".
