After some significant and justified bashing over the last few years is it time to give Wayne H. props for finally getting this coaching decision right?

i've been thinking about writing him a letter and thanking him for being the great NFL owner that he is. the fact that he hires people he believes who can stear the ship and stays completely out of the operations is great. he's simply there to bankroll the project. owners like that are pretty rare and i'm very much appreciative we don't have someone like dan synder overseeing everything.
