Oh by the way, remember this post?
Regarding that last part about being on Ronnie's d!ck, considering your user name, and all your posts about how wonderful and humble he is, i'm afraid there is no room for anyone else "on his d!ck" (as you so eloquently put it) because you are already stuck to it like Whitney Houston to a crack pipe.
what's the problem with liking a guy for being a nice guy

Has anybody noticed that Miami has all of the humble young athletes in every sport
Baseball: Dontrelle Willis
Basketball: Dwayne Wade (Just Donated 300 pairs of shoes to underprivileged children)
Football: Ronnie Brown

They don't have the next great hockey player in Sidney Crosby. He's from the school I teach at in little old Nova Scotia (Canada). I remember him in grade 8 and he came back a year ago to give an award out and sign autographs. Hasn't changed a bit and he was always a nice kid.

OK I admit this was all just a reason to plug him, but if you haven't heard of him, you will soon.

which team drafted him? Was it New york like Roenick suggested?

Pittsburgh. Here are 2 links about it and him.

On another site I found this: Sorry to get away from football, but a guy like this comes along rarely, especially from our little town.

To hear that type of hyperbole coming from one of the most influential players in the history of the NHL is nothing new to Crosby. He was identified by Wayne Gretzky himself two years ago as the player he thought could one day break his scoring records. More high praise continued to make the rounds in the years that followed and the ever humble Crosby said he has now had to give in and accept the pressure.

"That's starting to sink in a little bit," Crosby said. "But I try not to put added pressure on myself. I look at it as excitement and to go to a city with that type of energy, it's going to be fun to play in front of people like that. I think it helps the team when you have people that care about it so much so I'm looking forward to it as a challenge and as excitement. It's hard to make the jump to the NHL, it's never easy, but I want to make sure that I get there prepared and adapt as quickly as I can."

And true to his driven nature, Crosby was already telling Lemieux the night before the draft at a dinner together that he needs to improve a few things. "He was talking last night and he says he needs to work on his shot a little bit," a smiling Lemieux said, "but it looks pretty good to me."

Brown hasnt done anything yet to brag about, so of course hes humble......how can you say that miami is so humble????? every team has more than one humble player on their roster, so wtf

Well Ricky has never been accused of not being a nice guy. Alittle different but still nice and humble

why shouldn't they think they are god, they are treated better.

They have mindless idiots like ourselves watching and critiqueing thier every move, and when they play good they are diefyed.

How can you blame them for something that we created?

that's why I have a lot of respect for arguably the greatest runningback of all time, who played for the Lions and was no. 20, I wonder who that is?hmm. He was pretty humble, and you see T.O who thinks he's jesus, and Randy Moss is just an a-hole, but they always have a reporter patting their back for them, about how great they are. Barry Sanders was admired for his talents in the same way, but he was still the same humble guy, and that's pretty respectable, considering that he could have easily been arrogant, most people in his shoes would have been.

exactly. Barry sanders was the best running back ever. he retired when he was 30 and 1500 yards from the all time rushing title but he didn't care about records he wanted to win so he retired. he could have annihalated walter payton's record

I have about 200 pairs of my girlfriends I would like to donate to somewhere. Hell I would pay someone to take them. I guess you might just want to donate them to underprivleged girls, size 6. Then maybe I could get in my closet without breaking my ankles. :D
