i think that we should try the hurry up vs. the pats. if we can use it successful in the first half it will open up a lot of things in the second half. bellichek is going to be determined to stop the cat. we have to throw something else at him to throw him off. if the hurry up works then we can use the wildcat to embarass him, how sweet it will be.

it would be a great idea to implement the no huddle. It would totally throw them off guard and cause a ton of confusion.

thats a good idea.. i like that.. would throw them off, id like to see it implemented atleast for a series of plays or a drive or 2.

Not to mention it would wear that old defense down without the ability to sub. I like it, but only if we are ahead and controlling the pace of the game.

I'd be perfect right after half time. Let them get their rest and make their adjustments then just unleash it on them. Maybe do the 10 men on the field like The U did on Thursday too.

If we did the no huddle their old defense would be sucking wind by the middle of the second quarter.

I believe we used the no-huddle the last time we played them. If I remember correctly, we used it on our first scoring drive after Randy Starks intercepted Cassel. Obviously with good results.

When a team is worried about stopping the Wildcat why would you not run it? Isn't that the whole purpose the defense is trying to accomplish. You force them to stop it because if they can't it adds to their frustration levels and then they try doing things out of the norm opening up big play possibilities.

Chad is one of the best at time management, he can run the hurry up offense using the clock. If they catch a certain defense they want to keep in the game then the hurry up may be effective.
