"Winning," Dolphins owner Steve Ross said, flatly and forcefully, when asked about his expectations for this season after Thursday's first practice of training camp.
Winning games, playoffs, Super Bowls?
"All of the above," Ross said.

So, after four years of investing, you're antsy to win?
"You're goddamn right," he said.
This, folks, is a changed narrative from Ross. Loud. Direct. Even mildly profane. And it's about time. For the past four years, Ross has patiently supported employees, patiently shelled out record millions, patiently received no results in return and patiently asked for another helping of the same.

People give him **** for some of the petty stunts he pulled when he was an inexperienced owner, but I'm glad Mr. Ross and his fat wallet are on our side. He has learned from his mistakes. The man truly desires a winner.

By keeping Philbin, he left plenty of room for people to criticize him if it goes south. . . But with that he will get plenty of praise if it goes well.

LOL that's awesome, I love it. That is the new motto, and i will be sure to use it appropriately.

EDIT:Would be great if a local could make a sign of the new motto to bring to training camp.

I think he's a young owner trying to find his way. He'll spend money and stay out of the way which I like. Now that tannebaum is here I think the long leash on people will change
