He talks about a precedent for historic 3 round picks for Miami hopefully somebody will look further back to find some gold. Reading this made me queasy. Ultimately Marshall had to go I mean he could be in serious trouble.

This franchise has drafted a lot of crap in every round.

Makes me sick. For comparison's sake, this is the Steelers going back to 2002:
2002: Chris Hope
2003: None, traded to move up in 1st to get Troy Polamalu
2004: Max Starks
2005: Trai Essex
2006: Willie Reid (oops)
2007: Matt Spaeth
2008: Bruce Davis (who?)
2009: Kraig Urbik (who?) and Mike Wallace
2010: Emmanuel Sanders
2011: Curtis Brown

Of those listed, 6 have contributed very well to the Steelers (7 if you count Polamalu), 1 is a too-soon-to-tell, and only 3 were busts. That is the difference between a championship franchise and a bungling, stumbling franchise like the Dolphins.

The draft is never that easy. Look at the players that the Patriots drafted the year they drafted Brady. All or most of the pics were bad.

Our team has a good number of draft pics starting and playing. Hyde's main accomplishment seems to be making Omar look smart.

Ireland has drafted well, not as good as Green Bay & Pittsburgh, but better than the jests & pats

Are they playing well? Look at the Pats drafts while they were in the thick of their dynasty. They averaged almost a pro bowler a year through the draft. They've fallen off as of late, but they had a hell of a run.
