Your Building a franchise, and there are two rookie head coaches named Saban and Bellichek, you can have one of your choice, you dont know Bill is going to win X amount of superbowls or Saban will be able to do *insert accomplishment here* Your just basing it on their football minds, neither has accomplished anything at this point, who do you choose? And why?

Please try and refrain from anwsers like

'Nick Saban Cuz he Is Da Bomb' or 'Bill B yo he rocks'

Edit- I think I should have put this in general Nfl, sorry mods if this is the wrong forum

Considering that BB said that he credits Saban for a lot of his football knowledge, I'd have to go with Saban.

Well, I think it would be a bit difficult...I think that in hiring a coach, past accomplishments factor into it a great deal. They would have to have accomplished something at some point to even garnish attention, whether it be at a pro or college level....National Championship, coordinating a great defense/offense for a bunch of years, who they worked under, etc., etc.

But all things being equal, I would probably have to go with the guy up north....at least for now.

Happy B-day eve.
Nick, because he is ours.
Bill wasn't a genius in Cleveland, the Pats won those game 'cause of special players, Willie Mac G, Teddy the brew,Tom Brady, Adam V. Mike Vrable. I may be wrong, but I think Parcell is responsible for all of them, but Brady.
Football games are won by players performing and winning matchups.
Nick is bringing in the type of players that he can use to win a lot of games, tough games, and hopefully championship games.
I vote for Nick, he is our Nick. "love the one you are with"

At what point do you consider BB a rookie? Point being, BB had a year of head coach @ Cleveland before joining New England, and his record in Cleveland wasn't so good.

Personally have to go with BB based on his defensive genius - Parcells never had a winning season without BB as his DC.

In Saban We Trust!

I would also go with Saban just because he seems to get the most out of every player, the guys seems to love playing for him, and he has that special something coaches are supposed to have
