I actually agree with Mando on this article.

I am not sure why this is so hard for Ross to figure out

I am not sure why this is so hard for Ross to figure out
Ross needs to act like a damn owner, right now he's thinking everyone's his friend and he wants to please everyone and not piss anyone off. He needs to MAN UP and start throwing his damn weight around.

This article is a home run and the masses will hate it because it is Armando! Shoot the mess anger hate the message!

I have found myself agreeing with him a lot more lately which scares me...

This reality check needs to stay to the top of main board. I know **** Armando he has a agenda! Ireland's puppet and ****!

Mando is 10000% right. Look I am person who looks at things from both sides and compares positive and negatives. I am not prone to hyperbole or knee jerking. I dont go full positive or negative easily.. BUT ... Ross is a freaken disgrace. Poor Joe Robbie must be looking down and just shaking his head because there are NO WORDS for how ridiclious this process has been

Of course he's right, and no I don't the masses will hate it....they will hate the poor ownership of Ross.

That's the best summation I've read regarding the sad state of affairs in which this team finds itself. Pure and simple: we have an ownership problem.

Armando nailed it! Kudos to mando! Everybody on here kills the guy including myself. But, he is spot in with this. Cue the homer denial

Dolphins announce Brian Gaine as new GM homers rejoice claim that was my guy all along!

Maybe it's his business side, but he does not want to make a mistake. Real estate is numbers, hiring a GM is based on previous work and having a feeling on a guy. I think Ross is so afraid of making another mistake, it's petrifying him.
Get rid of all, hire a GM, and let them go.
Article was great!

After his first couple of mis-steps, I hoped that Ross was new to the sport and would get his bearings and figure out how to run a franchise. Huizenga, who was no rocket scientist when it came to football, could hire his man at least.

But we are to the point that it becomes clear that Ross will never get it. How sad it is that fans select a favorite team and this guy comes in and we stand by helplessly as he basically is not doing anything right. The only hope for the Dolphins is pure luck. That's no way to win, hoping for luck.

Right now, the franchise is not doing anything that I would want, whatsoever. Structure. Philbin. The whole damn thing is not handled the way I would want. Talk about helpless.
