Cam Newton missed a wide open Ted Ginn on an easy six points. Ginn had no chance to catch that in stride and score. I don't think the Panthers are going to give up on Cam Newton.

What we need to see is progress. Agree or disagree, pocket management is improving? Next, deep passes to Mike Wallace need work.

Cam Newton has had deep ball issues most of his career. Even this season. Panther fans and media were starting to attack Cam Newton as well last year and Ron was a terrible coach and was on the hot seat. One year later everyone is praising Carolina on tv talking about how great they are. I haven't given up on Tannehill. He has shown a high ceiling. He just needs to work on his deep ball. He never seems to set his feet on the pass even if he has time. Also, he isn't getting much help in the running game either. We have to have the worse running game in the NFL by far this year. Not even close.
