I Am Boycotting the Draft Forum

I am boycotting the draft forum in a show of support for the Miami Dolphins.

We all love the draft because we love the Miami Dolphins. I started posting in this forum when I thought the season was lost.

THE SEASON IS NOT LOST!!! 2006 is still alive!!!

I am not advocating that you all boycott this forum. Do what you will. I, however, will no longer post here (not that you really care) as long as my hopes for 2006 are still alive. Hopefully I will return in February!!! Who's with me!!!?!?!??!!!!

What's wrong with both? I like following the Dolphins and following the draft.
Following the draft this time of year doesn't mean that I've given up on the Dolphins.

no it just shows you already r lookin forward to the draft and that no. 2 pick for brady quinn cause we all know we need a qb:shakeno:

but how will we know who to pick with the 32nd overall pick?:lol: No need to boycott it just forget about Calvin Johnson, Brady Quinn and Joe Thomas

That's just wrong. I follow the draft because I like the draft, wether we pick
#1 or #15. I'm not all that concerned that we get Quinn or any other particular player. For the record I'd like WR Calvin Johnson, then the best OL available in the second, and OLB Brian Smith of Missourri in the 3rd. If the draft was just about our 1st round pick and just about the Dolphins it wouldn't be nearly as much fun.
 
I would respond to the comments above, but I am boycotting this forum...oh, wait...crap...I just violated the boycott.

Jim1 makes an excellent point. However, I, personally, am choosing to boycott this forum. I respect those who do not. This is not really a call to arms. This is not a protest song!

Bandwagon Fans

I am really having a hard times trying to understand some of you cats. What really got me typing was a poster who said he is boycotting the draft forum because he now believes in the Dolphins again. So what if the Dolphins lose next week will he and other Dolphin Fans give up again? To me that is the perfect example of a bandwagon fan. Either you are a full supporter of the Dolphins through the good or bad that NEVER loses hope or you are bandwagon fan.
It really upsets me to read some of the same posters who hated Saban and most of the players 2 weeks ago now talking about what a wonderful job of coaching Nick is doing and how great some players are playing. These are the same players and coaches that started the season who some of you loved in preseason, hated 3 games into the season and think are great after 2 straight wins. Can you imagine what our team would be like if the players started to give up on each other but some of you so call fans do just that to them.
There is nothing wrong constructively criticizing the coaches and players but giving up the Dolphins and talking about the draft before mid season leads me to really question your commitment and dedication to the Miami Dolphins. I thank God that I don’t have to depend on some of you cats to have my back when times get tough and it’s time to ride.
 
What's wrong with looking ahead to the draft and ALSO rooting for the Phins to go 10-6? You can do both? :wink:
 
If you're boycotting it just leave, believe me, no one will miss you. Making a thread about this is pretty pathetic.
