I am glad venting from the fan base is not the basis for change...

on a football team. If it were, then moderating on this board would overworked. Think about it. Many of us agree, but none of us can say we agree on all things. And most of us can not say we really know what makes decisions reality in the NFL. Some of us know football well enough to analyze how some decisions are made. But most of us can not say we really know how the Dolphins make personnel decisions and plan strategy. And I wonder how much of know how a play really breaks down on the field and could identify the right culprits? And I wonder how many of us could come together and make a cohesive decision about what to do in a game? Ultimately, poor decision making and poor judgement in general will show its ugly head without our help. We just make good spots lights.

good post. i gotta tell you though, ranting and raving really helped me get over my frustration yesterday.

i agree that most of us dont know all the details, but sports isnt a mystery. if it was, we wouldnt watch it. if it were too hard to comprehend, do you think dan le batard would have a job?

dont get me wrong, i agree with you for the most part
 
Great post. I couldn't agree more. Sometimes there are fans that just think they know everything and know whats best for the team. Thats with every fan base.

This is why they pay big bucks to professional coaches and executives. I think the personnel have improved from last year. Unfortunately, discipline as measured by penalities is out of control and nobody seems to be able to correct this. The warts on Saban are starting to show.
 
I think venting is very necessary...

and this post is not anti-vent. I believe venting is my right, but sometimes I have to bring myself back to reality.
