I am GLAD We Got Dominated Today.

I am in a way glad we got thoroughly dominated today on offense. It was a reality check to the team to show that they aren't playing the Seahawks or Tyler Thigpen or the 49ers this year. It shows them that they are not as good as they originally thought. It shows that they will get yelled at by Soparano. It helps them learn and have the need to go BACK out there and show what they are made of. It gives the Line the need to show they are worth the money. It gives players the mindset and need to do this:

We didn't get "dominated"

Turnovers killed us, our offensive production might have looked a lot better without 3 lost fumbles and an INT.. Hell, you can even let the INT stick but losing those three fumbles cost us a TON of time with the ball and quite possibly points as well..

Cant turn the ball over like that, you wont beat anyone..
 
Better be ready on Monday. Peyton doesn't miss like Ryan did today. Don't thin Indy has as many weapons for Manning though. Would say the Falcons have a better RB/TE and outside of Wayne better WR's.
 
Turnovers and the offensive line on several plays were dominated but that's it. The secondary could do better but they faced alot of weapons. To think we were dominated and to be glad of it is classic rationalization though.

So much for all the "We're conference champs" bull**** huh? lol

I have no idea what would've made these jokers over confident in anyway whatsoever in the first place....they're not that good of a team....period...

I hope he's more jacked than in the season opener.

yeah darn players suck, buncha scrubs. why would they ever talk any junk about winning nething. we just post on some message board about them over and over and get so mad when they lose even tho they make millions on us buying their merchandise and they dont even know we exist. they are so bad buncha worthless punks. polites 10 yard run sucked, and hes stuff for -1 after that sucked even worse! we should never say we are division champs and be proud of it!! if we win a division, we shut up b/c we suck and we are jokers and we bow to brady and we bow to rex ryan and we bow to atl and we tell them that we know we suck and we should never, ever attempt to be optomistic.:boohoo::boohoo::boohoo:

I never bought into the hype...sorry.....I actually watched the team play last year....I know what went down....

What? Man. They say TX schools suck.
 
Better to get ugly performances out of the way early against an NFC team than say late in the season vs AFC competition.
 
Yeah, looking at the highlights, if there were ever a game where a team beat themselves as much as the other team, this was it. Overthrows, fumbles, missed tackles, and bad calls (Camarillio TD). Combine that with poor execution and you have a disaster game.

I mean we were in our red zone, down 7-0 and Fasano was rumbling toward the end zone, and then boom, a helmet hits the ball, the ball pops up into the air, and the game gets turned around. Misfortune all around.

We held Turner in check, and the defense played well enough with poor field position all day and their backs up against the wall.

Yes, Atlanta played good, but with four turnovers, a better team would have put up more than 19 points. A Colts team will, so we can have NO turnovers next Monday.
 
If Miami can't figure out how to throw the ball a little deeper than 3-7 yards all the time then they we are in for a long season. All this short game crap won't get you no where. Lets stretch the defenses a little. cmon !!!
 
Last year this team played like it had nothing to lose.

Today, at least on offense, they played like a team with everything to lose.
