The entire list cbs sports line "experts" are picking the browns. I haven't seen so many browns helmets on a pick list in my entire life for any game. It's early before all the picks are released but the browns are down players and have oline issues just like we do. Mingo is out and other than richardson, there is nobody on their roster that is capable of carrying the team single handedly.

Haters going to hate I guess. I sure hope we win this game with our early schedule.

I respect the Browns and things look up for them.Sooner or later I expect the AFC north to be upside down with the Bengals and Browns looking down on the Steelers and Ravens for a multiple year window.

Having said that, I like Miami in all phases in this game. I see Miami as a widely under appreciated ball club this season.

Good. Let them go into the game over confident reading this stuff. Once we take the lead, the air will come out of their sails.

How can you be shocked?? We have not shown we can score points. Maybe that will turn around some time this year but right now I have it as a 50/50 game. With them playing at home I too would give them a slight edge. People want to say this defense is top 5 and it might turn out to be, but the last time they took the field they were not top 20. Our pass defense was 27th.

Try to look at fins/browns like you would another game and it isn't that big of a shocker. We are pretty evenly matched.

I think alot of all these Network analyst like Mike Lombardi, even though it's his 1st year in Cleveland; think he's doing a better job than Ireland. Eventually if Miami starts playing well and beats teams the opinions will change. It's the buddy system if you ask me.

Shocked, how? Browns are actually favored for a Opening Day game.

Last I saw it was a pick em game. If the home team gets 3 points automatically, that means the oddsmakers think we're a better week one team. However, it all comes down to this......We have to win some games early in order for writers to pick us.

Yawn. It's football and it's a bunch of guys picking a team to win. Life is more meaningful than what CBS has to say.

I'm not convinced that we do either.

Yes because last years 6-10 browns with new leadership vs a upgraded Dolphins team who had a better record than last years Browns. Oh and the Browns are such a points juggernaut of a team....Oh wait.
I like the Browns chances this year, I think they are a better team from last year.

I think the Browns have a very legitimate shot to win this game.

I also think it's kind of silly that they're being favored by all of these personalities. As another poster said, I don't know that I've ever clicked on one of these links and seen a unanimous prediction in favor of Cleveland.

I think they get one touchdown tops on us. I feel like our defense, even now, is still so underrated. Beast d line, potent linebackers, above average DB play, elite safety play.

We win 24-13.
