Listen Guys I know the Scum bag Saban Left us and All But to tell u the truth I believe Next year we will be better off Culpepper will be @ 100% and HOpefully we will hire Cowher or The guy from boise state Peterson I THink?

cowher. the guy from boise state. good lord. I dont want a guy whose sick of coaching and a guy who needs trick plays to win.

I wouldnt count on this. In my opinion... if theres even the slightest hint that he's not 100% health and strength in that knee... HE HAS TO GO. We cant keep playing this waiting game...
 
I think we will get Cam Cameron or Ron Rivera as next head coach of the dolphins. Either one is fine by me.
 
Let's get a new coach first and see who keeps and releases. We should know the general direction for offense and defense based on who he hires as OC and DC.

If you bring in a new HC and keep the OC and DC you provide continuity. The HC lets them know changes he'd like and watches and provides input as needed. But very few coaches keep the prior OC and DC, but I think we might see that this time.

Thats something I would love to see happen. I've been saying for months that the reason we had a slow start for the past two seasons was due to the new coordinators and the players learing new systems. If we don't promote MM or DC, then I would love to see them stay. Or be rid of MM and promote from with in.
